I've been talking about little else than flying lately and I do not intend to change that. Here's a video of me taking off in strong but perfect conditions at Taylor's Mistake. A solid sea breeze and hot air rising from the sun-heated ground makes it possible to soar and fly for hours without landing. Eventually, when you want to come down you can often return to your original take-off spot. When off ground and out of element you have absolute presence, nothing but the moment matters. Initially I found myself being somewhat nervous but once I decided to trust equipment and my own ability I became comfortable; a profoundly great feeling.
